Buy her whatever she wants, and then take her out to dinner somewhere fancy where you can have a romantic candlelight meal, private violinist optional.

Go ahead and get creative with these ideas, or come up with more of your own. The most important thing with all of this is that you're showing her how you feel. Don't forget to be telling her how you feel. Another simple way to impress your girlfriend is to open up to her, and let her know how you really feel about her, and how important she is to you. The above ideas will give her some great memories, but if you want it to last, you have to be honest about how you feel, too.
